RANDY SENT THIS 25 YEAR OLD PHOTO, OF AN ANCIENT, RUSTED, ABUSED MONSTROSITY.......... AND
HIS 1956 KH MODEL!!!!! HEHE....SORRY RANDY, I COULDN'T RESIST!.... THIS IS
A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF THE FORERUNNER TO THE SPORTSTER, AND WITH THAT BRIGHT YELLOW PAINT JOB, YOU MUST HAVE BEEN NOTICED UP
IN ANCHORAGE, ALASKA BACK IN THE 80'S! A GREAT SHOT, THANKS.
This is one BADASS Triumph, sent to me via e-mail by DankChoppa. Its a 66 a65 lightning home built from
the ground up. The Dank one writes: "I also did the seat myself , thanks again to my room mate vinne for the
leather..... thought you might dig it "
And, dig it, I DO! This is one sweet ol' skool Brit chop done the old way.
FENDER? WHAT FENDER?
Everybody's ol' pal Dragon, outta the Sunshine State of Florida sent me this pic (among others)
of this 70's chopper he built way back then. All he tells me about it is it has a sidewinder setup and a
70's Shovel mill, but by looking at it, you can tell this one's done by an old timer all the way! That's a COMPLIMENT,
Dragon! LOL...... Dig that front end! THAT'S how things were done back in the day.
The next 3 photos are from Whatever, out of Pickering, Ontario..just outside of Toronto. Whatever is my pal who
rode out to British Columbia this past summer and back, all within a couple of weeks. His '99 Evo softie made good time,
he tells me, and other than his starter going south just as he got out to B.C., the bike ran very well. He's going to
do a bit of touch up work on it this off season, and it'll be rarin' to go come spring time. I'm sure Whatever and I
will put quite a few miles on together next season, but none as beautiful as the scenery you see here from Western Canada.

My buddy Ashley the Signman from Ottawa, Ontario sent me his picture of this home built Triumph. Ash built this
in his signshop at home, doing a fantastic job, with tons of minute details, making this a one of a kind rigid chopper.
This bike was featured in The Horse Backstreet Choppers last year, and he made all us Canuck riders proud with his beautiful
work. Hey, the guy's Canadian, a biker, and paints signs....he can't be ALL bad, EH? Great job, Ash, and thanks
for the pic.

This beautiful Shovelhead was sent by my old pal Terry from Terry's Tech and Swap Board. This was one of Terry's
early builds from the 70's, and it's just a small example of some of the gorgeous stuff that Terry churns out from his shop
down in Illinois.
These next 5 pics are from Chris R, out of Michigan, USA. He sent me these photos of his Shovelhead
that has gone thru numerous, fantastic changes over the years, and all of them look awesome! It's hard to imagine all
these pics are of the same bike, but sure enough, ol' Chris knows what he's doing when it comes to building and customizing
old Harleys. Great pics Chris, and thank you. Make sure you send more of the next morphing of this beautiful,
classic Shovel.
MY BOY BULLITT. NAMED AFTER THE STEVE MCQUEEN MOVIE. THIS IS HOW HE LOOKED THE DAY I BOUGHT HIM, HOW COULD
I TURN THAT FACE AWAY

AND THIS IS BULLITT AT 9 MONTHS AND GROWING. WHAT A HANDSOME BOY HE IS
SOMETIMES YA JUST GOTTA ASK....WHY???

DON'T DO THIS
OR THIS

DO THIS!!!

ME (BACK TO CAMERA) AND ED (LEFT) AND DAVE AT FRIDAY 13TH
TWO OF MY C.O.B.B. BROTHERS (CRIPPLED OLD BIKER BASTARDS) SUCKING BACK COFFEES TO WARM UP IN PORT DOVER,
FEBRUARY, FRIDAY 13TH, 2004. MAN, WAS IT COLD! BUT THESE TWO DIE HARDS CAME OUT TO MEET THE WIFE AND I THRU IT ALL.
A COUPLE OF REAL GOOD GUYS, FOR SURE!

TWO OF MY SONS, (JESSE'S THE PILOT, JJ RIDING SHOTGUN) ON MY PAL SKUNKDOG'S EARLY SOFTIE. I SCREWED
UP THESE PICS, SHRINKING THEM WITHOUT SAVING THE ORIGINALS

THE INFAMOUS "SKUNKDOG" WITH HIS SOFTAIL, JJ IS IN CONTROL, AND ME. (CHRIS IS NOT REALLY THAT TALL, HE STOOD
ON HIS TOES TO BE TALLER THAN I ! LOL)

ONE OF MY GRANDDAUGHTERS, NEKEISHA. GRANDPA PICKED HER UP AT KINDEGARTEN ONE DAY ON MY COUSIN'S HARDTAIL
SPORTY. SHE BEGGED ME FOR A RIDE FOR WEEKS, AND ALWAYS WANTS TO HELP "PAPA ROCK N ROLL" WITH MY BUILD.

THIS IS MY COUSIN'S WIFE'S FATHER AND HIS STRICTLY STOCK, LATE MODEL SOFTIE. I MET HIM ONCE, AND HE'S
AN OLD SCHOOL, RIGHT ON GUY.
BEN SENT THIS GORGEOUS FLAT-BLACKED-OUT '49 PAN, "THE
UNMOTHERLY COW FROM HELL". THE NAME COMES FROM THE FIRST WORDS
OUT OF BEN'S MOUTH, THE FIRST TIME HE ATTEMPTED TO KICK THE BEAST TO LIFE. UNFAMILIAR WITH THE PRE-IGNITION RITUAL NEEDED
WITH THE ANCIENT BEAST, IT WAS BEN WHO ENDED UP GETTING KICKED...RIGHT IN THE CALF, LEAVING HIM LIMPING AND NURSING
A WELT FOR A FEW DAYS!
IT SEEMS BEN WAS AT THUNDER BAY HD ONE
DAY GETTING SET TO SIGN THE PAPERS ON A BRAND NEW SPORTSTER, WHEN THIS OLD PAN CAUGHT HIS EYE WITH A FOR SALE SIGN ON IT. THE REST AS THEY
SAY, IS HISTORY. I THINK YOU MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE, BEN. AND BEING A FORMER SPORTSTER AND PANHEAD OWNER MYSELF,
I CAN TELL YA THAT A SPORTY CAN GIVE YOU A BIG LEG TOO! THEY'RE SMALLER, BUT THE BITE IN THAT KICKER ARM IS JUST AS
BAD!
RIDING SHOTGUN TO BEN'S PAN, IS HIS WIFE'S BEAUTIFUL SIDEHACK. I ASKED BEN ABOUT
THIS BIKE, THINKING IT WAS EITHER A BMW OR A URAL. HE TELLS ME HE GETS ALOT OF QUESTIONS LIKE THAT ABOUT THIS BIKE,
AND IT IS NOT A BEEMER, BUT IN FACT A DNEPR MT11.
(These machines were built in Kiev, Ukraine. Basically a ripped off BMW from World War II.) BEN CLAIMS ALOT OF
INQUIRING RIDERS ARE AS SURPRISED AS I WAS THAT THIS IS NOT A BMW, ACTUALLY ASKING WHAT THEY'VE DONE WITH THE LOGOS FOR THE
TANK! A 650 CC SHAFT DRIVEN ENGINE, IT ALSO BOASTS A REVERSE GEAR. TALKING WITH BEN, ONE GETS THE THOUGHT HE'S
A BIT JEALOUS OVER THE WIFE'S CHOICE IN BIKES, AS WHEN THEY PULL INTO THE LOCAL BIKE SHOP, OR STOP FOR COFFEE DURING A RIDE,
THE CROWDS USUALLY BRUSH PAST THE PANHEAD AFTER A QUICK GLANCE, JUST TO GET A GOOD LOOK AT THE DNEPR! I'M
HERE TO TELL YA, IT'S NOT JUST THE BIKE THEY'RE INTERESTED IN. I HEAR THE RIDER IS REALLY SOMETHING TO LOOK AT AS WELL!
MUCH NICER THAN BEN, ANYWAY.....LOL
This pic was sent in by my ol' pal, Flat Head Phil outta Arkansas. Phil's RD350 Yammy surely didn't come stock
with this goosenecked rigid chassis, or that awesome old front end. Phil sez this bike is in it's barely rideable
phase, but that hasn't stopped him from putting a few hundred way-fun miles on it! And if I know ol' FHP, he'll have
this baby lookin' smart and purring like a road lion in no time. Phil promises to send more pics of this puddle-jumper
soon, when it's rewired and all cleaned up. Lookin' good so far, Phil!
A sidehack was one of the brave few to withstand blowing snow and ice-covered roads at this past
February's Friday the 13th bash.
ONLY ONE WORD FOR THIS BEAST...........RAT!!!!!
A gorgeous, beautifully restored Lil Red Indian caught my
eye at the International Centre Winter Show in Toronto
Another prize bike from the Toronto Winter Show, this Royal Enfield with sidecar
